lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef

slices bacon, chopped

cup chopped onion

can (19 oz) Progresso™ cannellini white kidney beans, drained, rinsed

can (19 oz) Progresso™ red kidney beans, drained, rinsed

can (15 oz) Progresso™ black beans, drained, rinsed
1
can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1/2
cup water
1/4
cup packed brown sugar
2
tablespoons molasses
2
tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1
teaspoon ground mustard
1/2
teaspoon salt
Steps
- 1In 10-inch skillet, cook beef, bacon and onion over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until beef is brown and onion is tender; drain.
- 2In 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker, mix beef mixture and remaining ingredients. Cover; cook on High heat setting 3 to 3 1/2 hours or until slightly thickened.
