Keto Cordon Bleu casserole

1   rotisserie chicken 7 oz.  smoked deli ham 8 oz.  cream cheese 1 tablespoon  Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon  white vinegar    shredded cheddar cheese about 4 oz salt and pepper Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Chop the cooked chicken and smoked ham into bite-sized pieces. Mix cream cheese, mustard, vinegar, and 2 oz of the shredded cheese in a greased baking dish. Add chicken and ham. Mix well. Season to taste and top with the remaining cheese. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until the casserole is golden brown on top. You can eat alone or add to some lettuce and use as a spread :) Enjoy it was super good!!

Ingredients 1 (10 ounce) boxes chocolate cake mix 1/2-1 cup melted butter 3 eggs, divided 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional) 1 (1 lb) box powdered sugar 8 ounces cream cheese Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter and flour a 13 by 9 inch baking dish. Combine dry ingredients, butter and 1 egg. Add pecans if desired. Spread in greased pan. Beat powdered sugar, cream cheese and remaining 2 eggs together and spread on top of the cake. Bake for 50 minutes or until cake tests done.

What You'll Need: 1 (16.25-ounce) package yellow cake mix 3 / 4 cup (1-1/2 sticks) butter, melted, divided 3 eggs, divided 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 (16-ounce) package confectioners' sugar   What To Do: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9- x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. In a large bowl, with an electric mixer, beat cake mix, 1/2 cup butter, and 1 egg. Lightly press mixture into baking dish. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, 2 eggs, the vanilla, and remaining butter. Slowly beat in confectioners' sugar until thoroughly mixed. Spread mixture over batter. Bake 45 to 50 minutes, or until golden on top. Make sure not to overbake; center should be a little gooey.
