Jack Daniels™ Teriyaki Sauce:

cup soy sauce

tablespoons Jack Daniels™ whiskey
2
tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1
tablespoon brown sugar
2
tablespoons granulated sugar
2
tablespoons water
1
teaspoon cornstarch
Steps
- 1Whisk together all ingredients except water and cornstarch in a small pot over medium-low heat. Whisk well to dissolve sugars and bring to a simmer.
- 2In a separate small bowl, whisk together water and cornstarch so there are no lumps. Add cornstarch mixture to pot and continue to simmer until sauce is thick enough to coat a spoon, about 5-6 minutes. Remove sauce from heat and let cool.
