Omelet Waffle
Ingredients:
2 medium eggs
3 tbsp milk
1 tbsp each of omelet ingredients (I did shredded mozzarella cheese, chopped red peppers, chopped broccoli and breakfast sausage slices)
3 tbsp milk
1 tbsp each of omelet ingredients (I did shredded mozzarella cheese, chopped red peppers, chopped broccoli and breakfast sausage slices)
Directions:
Preheat waffle iron and grease with pam oil
spray on both top and bottom. Whisk eggs and milk in a medium bowl.
Stir in remaining ingredients. When waffle iron is hot, slowly pour in
egg batter. Careful not to fill up too much. There should be a thin
layer of egg batter across the entire surface of the bottom iron but if
you try to pour too thick of a layer, it will just leak out the sides
when you close your iron. Depending on the depth and size of your waffle
iron, you may have a little liquid left over to make a partial second
omelet.
