GARLIC CREAM CHEESE CORN

INGREDIENTS

    • 2 cups frozen corn
    • 1 garlic clove, minced
    • 4 ounces cream cheese, cubed
    • 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine, cubed

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in small mixing bowl.
  3. Pour into a greased 3 cup baking dish
  4. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until bubbling around edges.
  5. Serve hot!
