Unbelievably Easy Spice Cake

Ingredients

    • 1 (16 1/2 ounce) boxes spice cake mix
    • 1 (15 ounce) cans pumpkin
    • 1 egg
    • 1/4 cup water
    • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon or 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350Ā°F.
  2. Grease 13x9 inch baking pan with shortening or oil spray.
  3. Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
  4. Spread evenly into greased baking pan.
  5. Bake at 350Ā°F for 25 - 30 minutes, or until knife/toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  6. **For Apple Spice Cake:** add 3 apples (cored, peeled, and chopped in food processor) to batter.
