Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

    • 4 cups small broccoli florets ( about 1 1/2 pounds)
    • 1 1/2 cups green seedless grapes or 1 1/2 cups red grapes, halved
    • 1 cup chopped celery
    • 1 cup raisins
    • 1/4 cup salted sunflower seeds
    • 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
    • 1/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt
    • 3 tablespoons sugar
    • 1 tablespoon white vinegar

Directions

  1. Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Combine mayonnaise and remaining ingredients, stirring with a whisk.
  3. Pour dressing over broccoli mixture, and toss well.
  4. Chill for 1 hour.
