lb skinless chicken breasts, cubed

cup brown sugar

cup water

cup vinegar

tablespoon ketchup

teaspoon soy sauce

white onion, sliced

- 4 tablespoons cornstarch
Steps
- 1Mix brown sugar, water, vinegar, ketchup, soy sauce, and sliced onion in a small bowl.
- 2Mix cornstarch with just enough water to form a paste and add it to the sauce mixture, mixing well.
- 3Place cubed chicken in the slow cooker and pour sauce mixture over chicken.
- 4Cook in the slow cooker on low for 3-4 hours or until done.
- 5Serve over cooked rice.
