Easy Apple Cobbler

Ingredients

    • 3 large granny smith apples, peeled and sliced
    • 1 cup all-purpose flour
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 1 large egg
    • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Directions

  1. Put apples in the bottom of a lightly greased 8x8 inch baking dish.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon and egg until it looks like coarse cornmeal.
  3. Sprinkle topping over the apples.
  4. Pour melted butter over the entire dish.
  5. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce.
