Peanut Butter Brownie Pizza

Your favorite packaged Fudge Brownie mix, or your own from scratch brownie recipe

Peanut Butter Topping:
1 cup all natural peanut butter
1 - 300 mL can sweetened condensed caramel flavored sauce
3 - 1 oz squares of baking chocolate (or 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips)
1 box Smarties or M&M's

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare either your packaged brownie mix as directed on the box or else prepare your from scratch recipe. Spoon batter into lightly greased, 12-inch pizza pan. Bake 23-27 minutes, or until done.

Peanut Butter Topping

Place peanut butter and sweetened milk in medium-sized saucepan. Stir over low heat until mixture is smooth. It will thicken like a spread - it will not be watery!! Spread over prepared brownie pizza while it is still a little bit warm.

Melt baking chocolate in microwave using 20 second bursts and stirring each time, until smooth and chunks are gone. Drizzle over peanut butter topping layer. Top with Smarties and allow to completely cool. (I popped mine in the fridge for 30 minutes) ~ Enjoy in moderation!!!
