rolled oats

Greek yogurt

low-fat milk

mashed banana

1 tablespoon
natural-style peanut butter
( just peanuts, no sugar or salt added)

2 tablespoons
raw cacao powder

1 tablespoon
chia seeds

1 dash
fine sea salt
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients and put in the fridge for at least an hour or overnight. That's it!
- TO MAKE A PARFAIT:
After pudding is set, spoon 1/3 of it into a fancy dish and top with a
dollop of greek yogurt and 3 banana slices. Repeat 2 more times and
drizzle a little peanut butter on top.
