Waldorf Salad

Waldorf Salad

INGREDIENTS
Dressing

1/4 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
2 packets SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 pinch nutmeg

Salad

1 cup chopped apple
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 tablespoon chopped dried cranberries
1 tablespoon chopped walnuts

DIRECTIONS

WHISK dressing ingredients together in a large bowl.

ADD salad ingredients and toss with dressing. Chill for 30 minutes
